I’m still waiting from January my approval, the thing is that i don’t have RFE in my I-130, so idk when they’re gonna give me my approval

@jojo wildee We submitted our medical RFE on 3/16. USCIS only responded to us on 9/12 that it's been received and they are reviewing our case again. No update since that date. Still waiting. Dallas FO

I submitted mine since 11/15/22 and they wrote that they received it and they are reviewing it since than I’m still waiting. almost 12 months now

They got mine 98 days ago and no answer so far, you can open a service request through live chat with them because they should technically give us a response 60 days after receiving the RFE.
