I’m getting worried 😧
hello lawfully family,
my wife and I had the I-130 interview on May 16th and after the interview the officer said we should get feedback within a week or two. but still now no updates yet. please anything I can do? or how long should we expect the reply? the wait is so stressful 😣. any idea will help thanks 🙏

I am in the same position got interviewed separately, and the officer said that we would get decision in 3-4 weeks.Now it’s going on to two months next and no decision.

definitely not strange scenario since most of the time they want to make sure the marriage is legit and the answer to the questions were straightforward and truthful. have you tried asking a live agent through Emma?

Generally it takes 120 days for USCIS to make a decision if everything goes well except otherwise
