@Subashini D I see your case has been pending for 292 days. If you don’t mind me asking — after you crossed the 240-day work limit, were you able to keep working due to an approval, or did you have to switch to another visa/take a break?

2 days back it was approved and got forwarded to attorney but we are not looped init . Attorney says to reach employer for any status update and they can not update status as per employer guidelines..We are not sure how to check if it’s updated for premium processing.. if you guys know how to check , please let me know how to verify if it’s updated for premium processing

our extensions got approved today all at a time L1 and L2S
