Is anyone here applying for their T visa? why is the process so tedious. you can’t even track the progress of your case here or online. lt’s so frustrating . Anyone going through the same thing?

woow a whole year. Then I guess your case you should get a response soon. Maybe you should call Uscis to find out what’s going on with your case because when I called they said it should take about 10 months to get a final response.

nope . they have extended the wait time to 22months last time I called.😢 I feel like they’re trying to frustrate people so we could leave the country or they could deport as many people as possible.🙁
