Someone who has experience with these forms I824 what happens is that my case was approved and I never received the notification by mail they told me that I have to send 824 form for a duplicate of the forgiveness but I have a doubt I live in California where Would the 824 be sent if I live in Los Angeles?

I filed i-824 in June 21 2022
my case was sent to nvc in sep7 2022
received email from nvc same day
my i824 was approved in sep 9 2022

mine was filled on June 27th, still no approval but I received an email two days ago saying they transferred the case to nvc. no welcome letter yet.
