I have just called them. he refused to talk or say anything.

i am in outside normal processing time now. not sure what what's going on

hopefully will come soon.

did they send your case to nvc?

none of the agents would answer this question. should be attached with the approval notice and the receipt number has been received so it just needs to be approved.

I know some got approved within 2,3 to 4 months and some of them are green card holders

No updates yet. Current processing time at NBC is down to 4.5 months and it’s been 5.5 months for me. This is going bad to worse

@Moin, sometimes when I call them regarding my I-824, the agent says the application is not under my name and don’t give me any information. But some agent provide the info without asking anything. Is this what you’re referring to fix?

@tek Sharma turn off the call and call again. yes I did attached the approved i130 notice with i824

it is very simple, turn off the call, wait about 30 mins and call again then you will get to a different agent

he meant to say i130 approval notice. they can accept your case without i130 approval notice. and it is good as long as they recieved what they need to process your case.

I see. I’ve attached i130 approval notice when I sent i824. I sent it on June 16.
