Same situation here, I did not put A/N, plus i was excited that my case was approved i did not add a copy of my approval on the fill. I cantect them uscis custumer today and they told me they request RFE.

Please can someone tell me how long it take for USCIS to let you know they have your I-824 form and they will tell you the center that has it.
