i765 work authorization
good day do anyone know why my EAD application says card was produced above that on the uscis website it also says case closed buy why would case be closed if I don't receive NY work permit as yet

Card was produced because it was approved so technically case is closed because of that

Hmmm ... that sounds troublesome .it happened to me when my i485 got denied .but yours is different
I would call them first thing and ask to speak to a tier 2 officer . If they can't provide you with the information you need then I would go ahead and contact the Ombudsman to look into your case . You can request that here - https://www.dhs.gov/case-a ssistance

@Rene Acosta yes thank you I have usps informed delivery and I see that usps is awaiting the item so hopefully by now and weekend I sopose to get it seen that Monday is holiday
