that means they have made a decision on your case online and check your case status

I also received an e-mail and a text with the same message “we have taken an action on your case” I signed on and nothing…..!

@ND K when was that? because some people say after 2 days there case was approved I got the email today

October 28th, 2021 @ 6:36am I got the text and the e-mail. Today, October 30th my 765 and 131 was closed stating “case closed, benefit received by other means!” But, only the EAD/AP closing reflected on the USCIS account. 485 is still on biometrics.

Fernando, I got another text and e-mail this morning, but nothing changed on my account again. I’ll let you know too if I get any updates next week. Unfortunately though, my date as of today will retrogress.

They approved my combo card this morning. That’s the update … “new card being produced.” Unfortunately, date retrogressed and no 485 for now. It’s still stuck on “bio taken.”
