I765 new update, are they sending new receipt?!!
As u all have heard about the 540 days auto extension. my question is, are they sending new receipts and if so when???
some people said the article is enough of a proof but I tried with my employer and they said no receipt they can not do anything about it!!!
I am trying to call the USCIS but of course it’s so busy they won’t let me be on the line even!
Any help or advice!!!!

update called the USCIS: the USCIS said to refer your employer to the federal registeration document. The USCIS will not be sending any more receipts. I can upload the link if u want lmk. I am arguing with my employer right now. it’s a battle that we will have to go through :( I am sorry. I wish u all luck
