I765 form fee
Hey guys, I send my petition For EB2-NIW along with the adjustment of status and forms I131 and I765. I just added the filling fee for the adjustment of status (I485), considering that other fee forms were jot supposed to be charged. And just got a rejection notice saying I did not provided correct payment. Any thoughts? thanks

So as mine. I 485 instructions says one thing, USCIS ask for fee for I 765 as well.

You need to provide the fee for the I140 ($700), and the fee for adjustment of status ($85 + $1140). Is that what you did?

Yea, you should have submitted filing fees for atleast I-140 & I-485(a $700 and $1040 check). And Biometrics ($85 if you filed that too) which shouldn't have caused that outright rejection of those forms even if the fee was not present.

1-140 is approved then I filed 1-485, I-131 and I -765 altogether. My I -765 is rejected because of category I wrote c(36) or application fee separately for 1-765. I am not sure. It was EB2 NIW application approved. People say category should be c(9)?

for EB2-NIW, Category should be C(09). There's no separate fee for i765 if you are filing with i485. You only pay $1225 (1140 + 85).

Does anyone know where to send medical records I-693 when online status update show that my application is in National benefits Center? Should I wait until I get RFE or send before TFE to make it faster?

Is there separate fee for I -765 when you file along with I-485? If it is rejected because of wrong category, does refilling needs fee I -765?
