I call a few minutes ago and they scheduled an appointment for a tier 2 officer to call. Not sure if that will help let’s see

no update however there has been no update to say biometrics was sent out

do you mind sharing what you told them to get a officer to call you back? This is my third expedite request ( 2 before bio was taken and 1 after it was taken) and the person that i talked to told me i need to wait and there is nothing she can do!

I just told them I have applied for an expedite request but have not heard anything and she made the appointment

they told me that too when I called on Monday but different people, different attitude so just try again I did it online with emma

My ex employer offers me a job but the contact me by the phone, can you advise me how or what I can send to them, they requested I proof the job offer, I should ask my employer make a letter? But I hadhave no idea what the letter should said? PLEASE can you give some ideas?

ask them to send you an offer letter

the letter would say what your job title is, when it would start etc
