it takes 10-14 months to get approved and your receipt would come probably within 3-6 months.

everyone case is different I got my receipt notice in 3weeks after filing and 3 months to get approved I got a combo card and I’m December 2024 filer.

@Tanya john did you file vawa in Dec 2024 or just i765 c09?

entire package in December I got a rfe in January 2025 for GMC did biometric in February and got my combo card approved the last part of march got my card in April.

@Tanya john similar story but I filed i765c31 in my whole packet. Haven’t gotten any RFE but i did biometrics in April 2025 & got AP this year February … do you think I’ll get a combo card too since I filed a new i765 under c9 and I already have an approved AP?

to be honest I’m not sure how it works so I can’t say my lawyer did everything and keep me updated with everything other than that I can’t but I traveled twice with my ap tho no questions asked .

I’ve been waiting 13 months now
