I765 approved
Just got a notification my husbands I765 has been approved and card is being processed. Does anyone know how long it takes to receive it? and how to know if it will be combo card or not?. His I485 has been administratively closed because of his remival proccedings so does that mean we have to refile I485?

Mine was approved on Monday my travel documents were approved on Tuesday it said new card is being produced and yesterday it said case is approved on both... From what I've read on here it can take from 5 to 10 days to be in your hand your status should change from card produced to case approved to usps has picked up your card for delivery... Once uscis has picked up your card you can call uscis and get a tracking number

My timeline
Adjustment of Status, Marriage Based
April 19th I received my I-797C one for I-485 and one for I-765 it was super fast, the I-797C say National Benefits Center super fast on april 8th send me my adjustment of status to the Chicago Lockbox on april 11th it was delivered on april 14th notification by txt and email and april 19th I received the I-797C, and april 22th biometrics appointment was Scheduled, april 29th I received I-797C biometrics appointment May 18th.

In my case I sent I-485 I-765 I-693 I-864 together I have an access code for them in this case they are only reflected for the main petitions that are I-485 and I-765 my I-130 I sent it alone, I did it online I don't have an access code for it but that doesn't worry me I'm interested in the ones above ☝🏾

yes my husbands was sent all together also and since august 12th of last year we sent all documents I130 was approved on feb/2022 but I485 was closed because if removal proceedings last month and a half we have a lawyer but shes taking so long to respond back on what we will do next i want to see if maybe i can file something on my own or call immigration court because he hasnt had one immigration court since 2017 when he was detained.
