@mikhail. thank you, no I didn’t. I was actually in removal proceeding and got it cancelled. Then my lawyer filed over all the paperwork.

how long did you have to wait for interview after bio

congrats. you filed I-485 after the removal proceedings were terminated or before? and how long did it take from the time you asked the DHS to terminate until they accepted to terminate it? did you ask them to terminate removal proceedings after the I-130 was approved? I have a similar case your answers will help me a lot congrats again I am happy for you

@Abdou. I filed i485 after it was terminated. My mastering hearing was scheduled for August 2021, my case got terminated in July 2021. they took 1 week after submitting my appeal to terminate my proceedings. i130 was approved in February 2020 that was before I knew I was in removal proceedings.
