try uploading some new evidence to the case. That’s what I did and my case got approved two days after

@jael Ulloa could you please give me idea like what? because I I put all my evidence when I apply I just have no regular stuff like picture phone bill just basic

@j h well I personally submitted more evidence of bank account statement and credit card statements. I also sent our tax returns for 2024 year since I didn’t send those with the packet and we also have stock investments together so I sent a statement for those. So yeah just try submitting updated evidence showing that you and your spouse are still together (if you are not divorce)

I waited for 2,5 years for it to be approved.
