Happy 4 you , been waiting for interview for my I751 since May 2020 , my pd is sep 2019 and case is at NBC . it's kinda depressing but with good news like yours makes motivates me not to give up 👊🏾

also no rfe for me , just ready to be scheduled for interview .

was your case transferred to NBC? or which center processed it?

also - did you apply for n-400 at the same time?

you received your rfe 3 weeks ago? or did uscis recently be your submission to the rfe 3 weeks ago? it's been 29 days for me since uscis received my response to their RFE. still no updates ....

Celeste. It is very similar to your first green card documents. in the I751 I gave them new pictures, flight tickets together, our lease that has both our names, taxes filing as married. I would say don't shy on providing as much evidence as you can, my guess is it would help you get your second green card without an interview. RFE. Even though I submitted my marriage certificate 3 times (they requested for it on a previous RFE) they still asked for another certified copy. which I ordered immediately and mailed it back.

@Victor it was transferred to NBC My case went very quickly to be honest. I still have to wait few months before I can apply for n400.

@Bill Deen. My last status was (Jan 21st) Biometrics taken from previous app but it didn't update on the website until I was surprised on the mail with an(Mar 6th) RFE asking for more evidence. I submitted it on Mar 11th and then today the 25tg I got card in production.

@Bil Deen & @Thanh Nguyen. when I mailed my response to USCIS I was worried that FedEx delivered it to the wrong place. I called USCIS and they said they have a window of 60 days to update your case. keep your receipt of the delivery to prove you sent a package to them before the expiry date of your case (just in case)

@summer da I started in DC and finished in CA. No I need to wait few months before I am allowed to apply.
