yesterday same thing happened with me also I got a message action has taken but nothing onsite only showing updated on 7 April 2026

That happens. USCIS email alerts often go out before the online status page or documents tab visibly updates. I would watch the account and the mail for the next several days rather than assume the email was meaningless.
