I have an upcoming interview for my marriage-based adjustment of status. My husband received his vaccinations in his home country. I would like to know whether he still needs to complete Form I-693 or undergo another medical examination in the United States.

@tima D If you are adjusting status from within the US after doing the K visa (the medical was done in the home country) you do not need to do another one in the US. But do your research 🧐 to make sure beyond the answers on here.

if the medical is done within one year of the filling then you don’t need otherwise you may get an RFE. in either case it is not a big deal.

No he doesn’t need to complete it but need to have a record of the vaccination because they will ask it. They always give you a record to present it at Adjustment of status. Make sure your husband don’t lose the document. When I did adjust my status, I forgot to put it and it was asked as RFE. Goodluck
