i539 COS from H4 to F1
I filed my COS on 22nd June 2020. on 9/3/21 I raised an expedite request which got denied on 9/10 but when i checked my online accout I saw the Approval notice in the documents which states that the case is approved from 9/10 to DS.
When I am checking the case status website or the history in my online accout, its still showing as expedite request denied. I talked to an agent as well and they also mentioned that the last update they see is 'expedite requeat denied'.
What should I do?

i gave the reason of personal loss due to amount invested in MS and not able to do practical training due to delay in COS

i used emma to raise the expedite request...type technical issue and it will ask you if you want to chat with an agent...and ask the agent to raise an expedite request
