no my lawyer just made a address change to my case with uscis not the court once your case is dismissed uscis now have adjudication over it not the court

@baltimore yes i do he told me that they send another motion to dismiss with the letter the judge sent me

at that time my lawyer send the dismissed to texas because that's where my case was after months of not hearing nothing from Texas my lawyer reach out to them texas told my lawyer they were waiting they the court have not send my dismissed yet

so once texas received the dismissed letter from the court I think that's when they send my case to the fo which is June of this year they also approve my. ead in june of this year

here’s what the Baltimore court told me , so DHS agree to joint motion oct.27th and they told me to give 10 business days to get the judge decision and now I call today and they told give a call next Wednesday. how long it took you guys to get the judge decision like I really wanna get this removal proceeding out the way. and through USCIS. can anyone support me with information from your experience of waiting for the judge please. ??
