[I485] RFE response delivered long time ago with no status update
My I485 application was delivered on May 25th, 2024. I received an RFE on June 6th, then my response was delivered on June 27th. Since then USCIS hasn’t updated my case (except with fingerprints taken). Emma said that they have received it, but they didn’t update the case status even though I have submitted multiple service requests. is this normal? is there a chance to claim not receiving the response?

I respond to my rfe on July 8th for medical and I haven’t heard anything since just the same just have to wait I guess. when I check with Emma there say nothing is outstanding so

@Mrs Williams If its IOE, the petitioner can easily upload the scanned copy of the RFE under the unsolicited evidence

took 11 months for them to approve my case after they received my RFE. just gotta wait
