@Be great Do you file for cancellation of removal what months do you file? because when you file usually after the the judge dismissed you received and two weeks check online on eoir website to see if you no longer have hearing

I file around early august 12 and it have been two weeks since the judge made his/her decision to terminate my proceeding, i haven’t gotten the letter my attorney told me to wait… @baltimore fillers

my case was pending because I was in removal proceedings now I finished my removal proceedings since February 16th 2022 now is time to get my green card when my removal proceedings was terminated.I was send the termination letter in Texas service center when I called Texas service center she tell me he no longer have my field anymore I supposed to send it to my field office and I send it to my field Baltimore and when I finish to send it I got a email to Baltimore field office now is working on it

because I’m already have an interview with Baltimore field office for my i130 it was great

I called the judge office to check, and lady the same day told me that it was on the judge desk, when I check the status on my eoir page , it was updated

yes, just make sure your attorney has sent the joint motion to dismiss .

yes we filed a joint motion and DHS agree to terminate proceeding in October 25th and now we waiting on the judge decision she told me give it another 10 days or week today (staff member) that’s works in the court told me that. Hopefully we get a positive respond from the judge.. seems like your right maybe callin them can help
