i485 long wait
Hi Dear community, do you have idea what’s going on it’s too long to wait review my case. still no update last Uscis inquiry 2 months ago officer said we have backlog still pending your review . lawyer said wait don’t go for mandamus. what’s practical experience of you have guys please share. thanks

if you tried local congress inquiry, mandamus is only option left. If you want to file mandamus, as my friend did with his delayed case, get help with it. Search youtube for "writ of mandamus pro se" he got help from mandamus pro se
