I485 interview completed
Today I completed my I485 interview with my spouse. The officer said the I130 was approved however due to a DWI charge that was dropped to a reckless she wanted to deny the I485 application . However needed to check with her supervisor has anybody had this issue?

@Almendra Moran Who had the charge? The applicant or the beneficiary? Are you the US citizen?
You might need to do a waiver.
