yes, usually depending on how your interview goes they’ll approve the i130

our i130 was approved the day after our interview (Jan 2). we are still waiting for the i485 approval. lots of people get them both approved the same day as the interview.

i give interview for both i485 and i130 same time they take interview no need to be worried everything will be alright
