I got my removal terminated and I have AOS interview with uscis after tomorrow

me and my ex wife broke up so early so we had no enough evidences together so they mentioned in the denial that they denied for insufficient evidence

@max. no we were together. he didn’t ask me much. he said my husband should answer. just the review of the submitted documents, how is our love life and when , where did we meet. then has he met my parents. my husband said yes because he went to my country to see my parents. so we gave him the visa page, invitation letter from my mom and ticket. he went through it and ask if he can keep them except the pics. he wrote the airline on a sheet of paper, guess he’s trying to give them a call though. that’s the end of the interview. he just gave us a white paper and said if we have a change of mind within 120 days we should let them know ASAP. mind u our lawyer was there

2 weeks to get it terminated and 3 months and 2 weeks to receive my interview appointment

@max max did you file i485 with uscis before you got your removal proceeding terminated in court or was it before?

no I didn’t have interview for i130 they just approved it and I have interview for i485 tomorrow

Max Max I get the same thing they approved my I130 without interview now I field my I485 month ago, and also decided to terminate my removal proceedings to get interview with uscis.

it's a motion to agree with the ICE attorneys to sign a joint motion to terminate immigration case.

@ Gigi a I did nothing, just picked up from my house while relaxing saying for overstay. that’s it. I already have an i130 approval tho and also i485 interview.
