I didn’t file concurrently, filed I485 in May2021 after my I140 was approved. RFE was sent on 09/14, mine and my wife’s were about medical, and also they requested evidence of legit marriage to my wife, we mailed out response on 09/26, package arrived to USCIS field office in Charlotte on 09/28, and it changed right away to “corrrspondance received”, and today it changed to “card being produced”

That’s great. I am a in similar boat. Non-concurrent filing Eb2 NIW. I-140 got approved last May. Filed I-485 on June 2021. RFE medical from field office was requested on 09/24, sent medical and received by USCIS on 09-29. No updates yet.

@Y B I am also EB2. Filed I-485 on June/2 along with the Medical form. biometrics done on June/25. No update since then.
