@Fried Cauliflower when you get the approval for I-140? I filled my I-485 on FEB 2024 and still waiting

@Moe cc I got my i140 approved like two months ago, and nothing moved with I485 still at NBC I’m curious if it needs to go to field office or no

@Lukasz Lademan my I-140 was hanging at TSC for almost 12 month with no movements so I upgrade and I got approved , trust me PP 💯 worth it . unless you don’t have issue with waiting up to two years , specially with some gov offices including USCIS are shutting down .

@Fried Cauliflower Unfortunately, there’s still no update. I spoke with Emma, and they confirmed that my case is “under normal processing” and closing the chat. However, it’s now been 63 days since I submitted my RFE response, and USCIS has not updated the case status to confirm they received it — it still shows “We sent you a Request for Evidence.

@Moe cc it’s insane , the slow processing , I thought after the i140 approval then things will move fast track but nothing
