@Ashley M same with me. mine was jan 2nd and transferred to non local LA field office. how long is your myProgress time showing in profile?

@Sandy G My progress tab shows 4 months, but it keep getting reset to 5 months multiple times. i don’t think you can trust it as it showed 4 months for my EAD after it was approved

@Sandy G Everytime I have got an APi update my timeline resets to 6 months, don’t worry about it look out for approval either later today pr tomorrow. keep us posted

No, just got an email-we have taken an action on your case. then went to the online account. Surprisingly, I got it on Sunday!

@Ashley M @Sandy G you can use attached trick. It really works. I used to see it. I noticed my case was touched on Aug 14, 22, and 24. @Ashley M in my case, initially last updated time stamp was June 18. Then they suddenly touched my case on Aug 14,22, and 24. Hope you will get a notice very soon. September could be precious month for you!

@Sandy G I can’t make up my mind on uploading unsolicited evidence. I did submit a case outside normal processing time service request through USCIS e-request maybe that helps

@Ashley M my application was sent through my employer's attorney so i can't even submit an e request. did you apply on your own?

@Sandy G Mine was also sent by company attorney but I submitted request without asking them

@Ashley M any specific reason you mentioned when sending the request? I'm thinking about a strong reason too. cause they say it's normal processing till end of 2026 for EB case in California service center.

@Sandy G The e-request form did not ask me for reason other than picking the one for case taking more than normal processing option

@Ashley M i haven't gotten any response yet but I'm expecting the same generic reply too. also since my visa category eb2 ran out for 2025 so I'm hopeless till the end of September.

@Sandy G same for me Eb1 also ran out (i think all EB visas categories are done until Oct)
