I485 approved!
I485 approved today, awaiting arrival of the card!! Keep the faith that cases are being approved and do not give up! My l1b visa ran out in June 2021 and Ive been on unpaid leave since, supporting 3 dependents. Expedited 4 times, none of which were approved. Our i765 and I-131 petitions were never approved - Uscis is pushing through greencards rather than provide EADs under AOS it seems. While I never got an expedite approved, I do think it helped with our case as I noticed the biometrics and medical rfes were requested shortly after we were denied an expedite. Good luck all! Nebraska Timeline: I485 receipt notice: 28th May 2021 Biometrics: 9th Aug 2021 RFE for medicals: 1st Nov 2021 RFE reciept of medicals: 17th Nov 2021 Card is being produced: 2nd Mar 2022

No interview, have a friend with the same petitions and they didn't have an interview either!

Hi Stu, did you request expedite of your 485? I am in the same boat as you except on admin leave since Nov 21.

Expedites were all on the i765. I tried to expedite the i485 and was told that because I have an ead pending I wouldn't be able to expedite the i485. Worth nothing that was a uscis admin agent not a level 1 or 2 officer saying that
