I did try to expedite it and my hospital are short on staff they need my help! and provided letter from HR

congrats, what was your original visa? what was the RFE about?

I had F1 visa, RFE was sent for I765 but since I already had my interview 2 months ago, they approved my GC before EAD

i submitted 3 inquiry for GC after the interview since I didn’t get a decision right away, the last one I submitted was 2 days ago and I think it helped!!

after the interview I got a letter for 120 days to review, the officer didn’t say he approved it or not.

ohokay because my parents got the same letter in their interview 2 days ago at the los angeles filing office. how many days/months after interview did you get your approval?

@mike Joni. i expedited twice with Emma, first time I got RFE request and nothing on the second one, all I sent was a HR letter from the hospital I work at and my insurance bill

@mo nkambule. not sure about nursing school, the reason for my expedite was company financial loss. it was on August (Covid was still bad at that time)and I was working as a respiratory therapist. So HR is willing me come back to help out for the pendemic.

@mo nkabule. I expedited it on Aug 15 and sent RFE after 3 weeks, didn’t get response for it so I submitted inquiry 3 times, until today I got response for I 485

@Yingwen I need to start nagging them 😂
