Still I131 not approved: Case got closed 3 days after I485 approved.
Interview
- Waited 2 hrs at USCIS and had the interview for est 30min
- Interviewer asked to show pictures of us with friends or/and family and any joint docs like lease, insurance, etc and scanned all docs I provided.
- Since Im pregnant, I was asked to provide a doctor’s notes & pictures
- Interviewer was really nice; she told us at the end of the interview that she’s gonna ask for approval after submitting all docs today. But ill receive a 2 yrs temporary green card as our marriage has not been 2 yrs yet. She asked us to send a birth certificate to USCIS after baby is born so that I can get longer one(10 yrs green card).

i think so. In that case, USCIS usually doesn’t schedule another interview for 10 yrs GC after temporary GC. Thats what the interviewer said.

@Lennie Yes got my EAD card in feb. Not sure what that means tbh. What’s your current status? I dont think i filed a wavier. just applied for my status change from H1b to Green card.

Hello dear friends, I am one of the prosecutors of Afghanistan.
