I485 application
Where do i file my I-485 application if i have approved I-130 and i have a pending asylum case in immigration court.
Do I file a copy of my 485 application to USCIS and wait for the receipt and send a copy to immigration court? can some one with similar experience help .

first u need to close ur asylum case because if u file I-485 uscis is not gonna be able to process ur application

Thank you for your advise , my lawyer was planning to ask for immigration Judge for AOS,
Is that possible ?
