i485 and i130 concurrent filing
I filed for AOS marraige based in July 2021. I got my ead in March 2022. i485 is actively viewing since October 2021.
I130 still just shows case was received and a I receipt notice was sent.
does this mean that they haven’t touch I130 yet? does they process both forms together or seperate and who process the I130 form? anyone in the same boat?

I read that once the i485 is done the i130 gets done too

I’m from June 2021 , same situation as you , I already sent to them my I693 … and I’m still waiting for a response since April 2022 ….

me too, I'm USA citizen I married to my husband outside the country I filed my husband 130 September 17 2021, September 28th is actively rewieved nothing yet Potomac service center 🙏🙏

same here, PD is 20 August 21. EAD and AP was approved in June , no movemwnt on i-130

where did you get the RFE from? Field office or service center?

@M S my case is in the field office ( Orlando) I reicived the RFE from them
