My case has been pending since 06/20/2023. I have submitted 7 requests, including a request from the congressman and the ombudsman, but still, nothing has been done. I am filing a mandamus this month because I was waiting for the last response to the request filed in July, and they responded yesterday with the same statement. The case is still being reviewed, and they will contact me if an interview is needed; otherwise, they will adjudicate the case, and a decision will be mailed to me. Exhausting and frustrating but at the end, you need to do something because they won't do anything!
