It definitely good news and means that your case is moving, but how far is it to the decision is hard to tell. Moving to FO usually means that your case passed initial checks and security stuff. I'm in a similar situation, though the agent didn't say when exactly my case was moved. But I had that chat around 3 months ago and have no updates since. Really it highly depends on the FO and their workload, etc.

Well my and derivatives case transferred from NBC to Tampa on 11May. Yesterday my derivatives received RFIE (don’t know what is needed) & nothing for me and EMMA told me that my case with NBC again, why did I not received RFIE (my medical are expired) . . I’m confused 🫤.
