@Aka 44 : one more question! you said your medical is new , you mean that , you submitted it after your vawa got approved. uscis, approved my vawa on February 2024 , until now they send me RFE for medical because old one is not valid. my 485 is in field office, couple days ago officer added my old medical form to my 485 . 😑😑policy of medical form says “ medical form is valid for 2 years” I assume that I an getting an interview, they want I bring it to my interview. where is your field office. I appreciate you 🙏🏻

they send you rfe 2 to 6week for medical after that you will wait or interview or approval

@Hope Hope i never get arrested and all i remember that i sign for the divorce paper but I didnt get a copy on it , my lawyer give me a copy on my i485 and thank you for the advice all the best for everyone

@blessed & favored @ I have a question, during getting divorce, my Ex took me to court , but judge at end said his request not acceptable and judge dismissed the court . because he was lied. if i have interview, should I take that final decision paper with my self , even was false and judge showed my ex was wrong.

@blessed & favored . thanks . that’s true. I never had this court decision on my 485 because happened after485 , I divorced 2021 , no longer connect with Ex . Now i am more worried about why my 485 stuck in field office and no update on that after 5 months which my 360 approved.

@Hope Hope don’t worry , if uscis wants something they will let you know keep an eye on your case and mail box , i was super worried and sensitive to those things stay positive

@Aka 44 : being a positive person as you know isn’t easy task. my 485 is pending without any activity for full 5 months after my vawa got approved. I saw many people here has their medical RFE, interview date and approval. 😞😞😞😞😞
