no but when I called earlier this week and today they said my case is now at FO. but I was wondering why it would need to be at FO if interview is waived. I was under the impression that NBC could adjudicate

@JJ is the interview still waived or it is sent to FO for final decision? I was also thinking that NBC will approve it without sending it to FO. I think @still waiting approved by NBC.

how did you find out that your interview was waived?

when I called today and Friday they said my case is still at NBC. idk what to believe anymore. I asked the agent why would the last person I spoke to tell me it’s at FO he said he doesn’t know why I was told that but he can tell me that my case is at NBC. I’m going to stop calling and let god handle this. i becoming more and more stressed out everyday I wake up with no movement

they were telling me that my case is still at nbc which I have requested online doc that I didn’t get any notice for waiving they sent me letter from my field office then I understood my case has been transfered

yes, it is very stressful to call them or checking here everyday, I will just let it be, but I will turn on notification flag here so if any of us get updates we can comment here in this thread

okay. yes I just want our case to be approved already. I want to safely travel with my spouse with no worries. what letter did you receive?
