In Sep 2023, the I 485 processing was paused saying that the Visa processing is temporarily paused for want of Visa number.
In January 26, the PD came within the Final action date.
On April 3rd again the same message has been posted saying Visa processing is temporarily paused for want of Visa number.
Is this normal?

I'm seeing a similar update on lawfully. case remains pending date changed from March 2023 to April 2026
