@million Wilson i spoke to uscis they told me case is at FO and in line for interview schedule

@nas ask that’s very quick movements. I was also told that I’m in line for interview but case is still at NBC. Which field office are you at?

I’m in Brooklyn which is slower than most

mine was with NBC as well , They forwarded to local FO after background check , Aprox 1 day to few weeks . mine got transferred to local Fo in a day .

@nas ask did u check with uscis if it is still at nbc or moved to FO ? u can ask by chatting through emma with live agent

@nas ask yea I asked Emma agent yesterday and they said nbc. however I’ve chatted with people in the past and some said field office some say nbc,

@nas ask I have been using this link. it does say nbc for my i130 but it says my field office which is BKNY for my i485. But I’ve heard that even though it reflects the field office it just means that’s the office that has jurisdiction over your case but not necessarily that it has moved there.

also I don’t know if the ranking on this app makes much sense but it’s saying I’m at 41%

@nas ask i130 always remain at nbc , i485 shows nbc untill its processing there , if it is showing brokline it means it has been to transferred to FO for interview schedule. This ranking is only for cases that are added to this app not overall with uscis .

when did u file i485 and fingerprint date ?

@nas ask I filed i485 on June 16 I did biometrics July 3 they said interview requested on that same date

@nas ask yea I have been using that too. the last action code was FTA0 which was on the same day of biometrics

not sure about Ny but in other states u get notice about interview within 30-40 days after biometric

did your status change from biometrics to interview scheduled? or did it also show ready to be scheduled? also did you receive a transfer notice when your case went to field office?

@million Wilson I can't remember exactly because I did my biometrics in January, but it didn't adjust for a bit I'd like to assume maybe a week

@nas ask today I called Uscis twice. First Lady said the was at field office, 2nd person said NBC

the 2nd guy did say it would go to field office shortly since interview was already requested on July 3rd

hey Nas there were no app updates prior to today. I saw api updates after I got the email about action taken on the account. As of two days ago when I had called they told me my case was at NBC

there was nothing on the account to indicate transfer at all. I also know of someone who got scheduled yesterday and there were no signs of it coming
