yes mine too case was april 2023 now i-131 says in process and i-360 says unknown 😇😇

It just means they have started processing the case. Previously, they just recorded the case as received and issued a case number; now, there is likely an officer assigned to your file. They may be sending a biometrics notice soon to start the background checks if they haven't already.
