Has anyone here in the F2a spouse of resident program with a priority date of March 2023 already been approved?

filled for I-485 since 2023 got no answer till now on the USCIS portal it just say in process

i filed both on oct 2020 and just this year my 601 got approved still waiting on i212

@beauty B Actually, I-485 doesn't apply to me. I'm based in Korea and my spouse is in the States. We're currently filing for a waiver. 🥲

That is a very long wait, but waiver cases can take a long time depending on category, office, and background issues. Check USCIS processing times for both forms. If outside normal processing, submit service requests. After that, consider congressional inquiry, Ombudsman, and finally mandamus discussion if the delay is unreasonable. Also make sure your address is current and no RFE was missed.
