Has anyone else been waiting for their I-140 at NSC since last August (non premium processing)?

@Luke W, not August. Mine was September 2023. I gave up 2 weeks and went ahead to pay for PP. It was approved on the 15th day of the PP.
Depending on your situation, you may want to consider it at this point.

Rijo Rijo13 de ago de 2024
@A A, nope. My account is not linked to Lawfully.

@ln ben for EB1B?
ln ben14 de ago de 2024
yes
Luke W14 de ago de 2024
@ln ben sorry to hear... I guess you're one of the LIN239022 that seem stuck then, right? have you submitted a service request?
ln ben14 de ago de 2024
I am in the LIN239021 block, I did submit a service request but got no response. I am completely clueless as to where they are with the EB1B cases

@ln ben oh, I see. but it seems lately there's been some activity for the 021 block, at least moreso than the 022 block.
are you planning on waiting this out? is your employer unwilling to file for premium for you?
ln ben14 de ago de 2024
I have wanted to go with premium processing for a while now, but employer is not ready due to their belief that premium processing triggers RFE
Luke W14 de ago de 2024
that's what my employer's lawyer keeps telling me as well. in retrospect not going for premium at the start was a massive mistake, as if the current petition is rejected after a year of waiting it sets back the progress immensely

@ln ben any good news for you yet?

no, nothing so far
