@maja M same case. Interview was Nov. 9, 2021 and I130 was approved Nov. 10 and I485 until now for review 🙁 usually wait for 120days.

@ Maja M I have the same field office. I did my interview from November and I was told my case was gonna get approved but I only got a i-130 approval notice. my i-485 is still pending. I have no EAD card . when I contacted them they said a still in the normally processing time.

@Patronia Johnson so sad we are stuck without EAD . At the end of the interview I was told she has 120 days to respond but she will take less. Lets see . Did the officer told you about some time or ?

@Maja M no she did not give me a time frame. My 2 year anniversary will be next month I hope to get it as an anniversary gift... but the processing times for i-485 at Oakland is 8.5 months to 20.5 months

@ Patronia Johnson I see did you ask the lawyer what he thinks only to wait or make infopass or contact them maybe that can trigger the officer to see your case and approve?
