Hi anyone, can I ask if I am going go have Us Green card soon and want to live in Canada for few years for some reason, should I apply I131 when I get Us green card? Thank you

you can stay in Canada once u get your green card only but only for 6 months. and then u can go back to America and come back after few weeks to Canada. but you can’t stay more than 6 months

my lawyer said i need to apply I131 if i plan to stay longer than 6 months in Canda
