i130 timeline
hey guys, my wife filed the i130 and our case number was sent back in August, what is the current timeline for the i130, our case is currently at Potomac service centre, we are just really hoping I will be there for good for Christmas in 2024, I wish you all a merry christmas from Australia and stay strong to those who aren’t seeing their partner for Christmas this year. 🇦🇺🇺🇸 #i130 #timeline

I’ve noticed some people have been having their i130’s approved in 10 months, is it just randomly done or?

Our case was approved on the 10th month. PD Aug 2022. So is possible

yeah nice, so most likely around July/august 2024 we should be close if not approved?

what is the next step after form - I 130 is approved? can your relative immediately join you in the US or not?

My wife applied for my back in June and the case been actively reviewed since July, Potomac center.
