don’t worry! most offices were closed or working with limited capacity due to corona virus. it took almost 50 days for them to cash my check. patience is the key now

I applied i130 for my father since January 12th 2021 and no receipt notice yet..

my cases were submitted on Nov 20, no receipt yet.

I submitted my mom i-130 feburary 24 2021 got a email about the notice of action and that a my mail for i-130 recipt send off I got it the 1 of March in the mail.an it's at Nebraska service center just waiting on them to process the case an approve it..

on march 3rd they sent receipts notice and today they updated as actively revewing..

what date January you mail out i130? my lawyer mailed out form i130 on January 12th 2021,still no receipt notice..I call uscis customer service they still haven't seen a number generated for me... did you mail i130 early January?

my attorney mailed on jan 5th.
