Finally after 782 days, case was approved. I actually sent a letter to Senator Durbin asking for help and assistance to follow up on my case last 2 weeks ago. the secretary replied and said they will follow up on my case. i dont know if thats the reason it was finally approved. but who knows. ive tried everything just to see my son. good luck to all guys. still waiting for my own case too, renewal of greencard.

yes. the thing is when i click the link for ceac for the consular processsing of my sons visa, its not going forward. my lawyer told me that he will call uscis coz he thinks they saw that my son is already 22 when the petition was approved. he is gonna follow up on the child protection act as we applied when he was only 19 and 11 mos old and was just pending during covid.
