i would love if you could update the lawfully community over the next few months of your progress with the NVC and how long it takes to get an interview in the Dominican Republic. I am a USC but my spouse is from the DR. Im curious to know how much longer we will have to wait to be together once our I130 is approved.

according to my estimated processing time on my account…we should receive a response on the I130 by mid December…hoping its an accurate estimate

@chris wb I am currently awaiting my husband interview letter but I am in a group of people who are going through this process of spouses in DR. currently it is taking 3-3.5 months from time of being DQ to receive interview letter from embassy and then about 5-6 weeks for your interview from time you get interview letter

hey guys approval notice gonna come online or by mail ?

by mail. but if your email is registered you gonna get it on email. that saves you about 2 -3 weeks that you dont have to wait for the paper.

i have a friend whos married to a LPR and is been DQ since january 2021. but another friend was DQ on july wife of USC and interview is scheduled for dec 2022.

@adolfo I’m a USC and just tracking the interviews on when to expect mine. I got DQ in October and thinking my interview will be for end of February or in march
